- 8 Week Custom Nutrition & Training Program
START THIS YEAR OFF STRONG!!
Course includes:
1 check in per week every Friday. Adjustments will be done as needed based on your progress. I will provide a detailed voice memo back and help guide you every step of the way through these 8 weeks.
Nutrition Plan: Custom macros with an example meal plan. Also will include additional meal ideas for macros)
The meal plan will help guide you with how to structure your meals and provide info on proper pre/post training nutrition. You aren't required to follow it, it's just there to help you if needed. Your custom macros will be given to you after you have filled out the consultation questions.
Training Plan: All training will be through my app. You will have a video for each exercise. The training split will be divided into two splits. You will follow the first split for the first four weeks and then the next split for the lastfour weeks.
There will be both a gym and at home training plan available
- Only dumbbells are needed for the home version
Mindset Gains: Each week I will provide you with new affirmations to set an intention for the week. If you have followed me for a while you know my saying "Change your Mindset, Change your life" We will discuss your physquie goals with your consultation questions and figure out what has been holding you back mentally so you can tackle those things holding you back from reaching your full potential.
